As
soon as Jeffrey told me his vision for this new ministry called Shear Hope, I
knew that I wanted to be a part of it. I took a while to pray about how I could
be involved, if shaving my hair would be an option, and I kept getting a resounding
"YES!" I talked it over with my husband, Michael, and when he
was all for it, I knew that this was what I should do. I am extremely excited
about the opportunity to shave my hair and donate it to Locks of Love, who will,
in return, bless a young girl with the ability to have her very own wig! My hair
will grow back, but those young girls aren't that lucky. I am also excited
about raising the money for these families who have already been through so much
and now they're struggling financially. It is my honor to do this for them!
